Restoration Project Manager
Location: Pensacola FL

Job Summary:
RPMs work with owners and subcontractors after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to repair damage to residential and commercial property. As a RPM you will manage the reconstruction of the property while effectively controlling and communicating the budget. This means you will spend a good deal of time in the field to see your projects get completed properly.

Team Compensation and Benefits:

- Base commission on projects completed. Our current RPMs yearly pay ranges from $65000 to $150000 depending on their production. No limit to earning potential.
Team Qualifications (Requirements):
- Experience in Large Loss Project Management
- Experience in the Restoration/Reconstruction industry
- Ability to lead and develop team
- Career emphasis on learning and continuing education
- Sound planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent relevant experience
