Job Description
Tracking and capturing all types announcements in the system
Ensuring SWIFT messages are captured in the system and SWIFT message are send to Global Depository
Coordination with clients for instruction pertaining to Corporate action
Ensuring clients instruction are process
Coordination with Global Depositories like Clearstream / Euroclear
Reconciliation of holding and corporate action entitlement with Global Depositories
To handle the Client and auditors queries
To give system requirement for corporate action
Complete UAT on timely basis.
Responsible for having sufficient controls in every process.
Experience in team management and appraisal is required
Candidates Profile
In depth knowledge of Global Custody Operation
In depth knowledge of all types of voluntary / involuntary corporate action events in Global Custody Operation
In depth knowledge of SWIFT messages for different corporate action events
In depth knowledge of withholding tax
Atleast 4 years experience in Global Custody Operation in Corporate Action unit
