Concentrate on commercial leasing for both office and retail properties to enhance occupancy rates and revenue for office spaces.
Develop and maintain relationships with tenants brokers and other stakeholders.
Identify new tenants independently source tenants as well as collaborate with agencies; conduct site visits with potential tenants and follow up to negotiate and finalize leasing agreements which focus on maximizing revenue and increasing occupancy rates.
Create reports and presentations; conduct regular market analysis to evaluate competition pricing strategies and occupancy levels; assisting senior management to aid in decisionmaking processes.
Prepare all leasing documentation including Commercial terms & conditions Deal analysis Offer To Lease Lease Agreement and other related documents.
Utilize internal systems to update data and manage the leasing database.
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously acting as a liaison between internal departments including Project Development Property Management Investment and Marketing.
Perform additional duties as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Real Estate or a related field.
At least 57 years of experience in real estate or office spaces leasing.
Proficient in MS Office.
Preference for candidates with experience in using SAP systems.
