Responsibilities:
- Examine ingredients or finished products to ensure conformance to company standards;
- Check products and packaging for basic quality defects verify accuracy and completeness of data;
- Performing various inline quality control checks;
- Take samples of products at various stages of processing;
- Conduct quality audits and assist in the development of quality management and quality assurance standards;
- Perform data entry and record keeping. Regular filing and document management;
- Provide assistance in testing and analysis of packaged food products;
- Check and monitor product quality;
- Daily review of production records quality records and training records for accuracy;
- Operating the laboratory equipment and performing regular maintenance as required;
- Conduct routine tests for product specifications Grade and label raw materials or finished products;
- Ensure hygiene and sanitation practices conform to policies and regulations.

Requirements
- Bachelor s degree or College Diploma in nutrition food science quality assurance and control or a related discipline.
- Interest in food/natural health products/pharmaceuticals is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel Outlook
- Motivated positive attitude and an attention to detail necessary.
