Job Description

Position: Senior Cleaning Technician
Location: Fort Wayne IN
Hours: 2nd & 3rd Shift must have some flexibility
Salary: $15.00 per hour $0.50 per hour attendance bonus

Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning duties efficiently and effectively ensuring high standards of cleanliness are consistently met
- Train new cleaning staff on company policies procedures and best practices
- Maintain accurate records of inventories and supplies ensuring adequate stock levels at all times
- Communicate regularly with operations and field personnel to coordinate cleaning schedules and address any issues or concerns
- Implement and adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with special cleaning projects and other tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the cleaning industry with a focus on commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Detailoriented and thorough approach to cleaning tasks with a commitment to delivering exceptional results
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
- Flexibility to work oncall hours including evenings and weekends as required
