Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detailoriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This is a work from home job(remote job). The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills a strong understanding of data management and the ability to work efficiently and accurately under deadlines. This position will require the inputting updating and maintenance of data into our companys system.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Entering data into the system from various sources (e.g. forms spreadsheets PDFs etc.)
  • Ensuring data accuracy and completeness
  • Reviewing and verifying data for errors or discrepancies
  • Maintaining and updating records promptly
  • Organizing and managing documents to ensure smooth workflow
  • Assisting with data analysis and reporting as needed
  • Responding to requests for data or reports from other departments
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information

Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles
  • Strong typing skills (X words per minute)
  • Familiarity with data entry software and MS Office (Excel Word etc.)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills


Key Responsibilities: Accurately input, update, and maintain data in our databases and systems. Review and verify data for completeness and correctness. Organize and maintain digital files, records, and documents. Perform data audits and troubleshoot discrepancies. Assist in data cleanup and improvement initiatives. Respond to internal inquiries related to data entry and processing. Perform additional administrative tasks as required. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus. Proven experience in data entry or a similar role (preferred but not required). Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and Google Workspace. Familiarity with data entry software and CRM systems is a plus. Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
