Job Description

What you will be doing:
- Provide network infrastructure hardware software and enterprise services for offices to run their business.
- Administer network and database management device management and technical support for hardware and software for both the organizations internal and external clients.
- Serve as a technical infrastructure support backstop owning and resolving all technical issues escalated from the operations team.
- Work independently on assigned projects coordinating resources and collaborating as necessary.
- Apply secondorder thinking to engineering solutions for assigned projects.
- Articulate technical details and reasoning to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
Experience you will need:
- 68 years of experience in an Enterprise IT or Service Provider role.
- Deploy provision maintain and operate experience with VMware vSphere Cisco UCS Pure SAN Storage Fiber Channel and Zerto.
- Experience working within ticket systems such as Service NOW.
- Experience with automation using tools/languages like Terraform PowerShell and Python.
- Experience with CI/CD practices and patterns for Infrastructure.
- Familiarity with principles of DevOps/Site Reliability Engineering.
- Cloud platform operating experience (AWS GCP Azure).
- Experience working in an Agile framework.
