About the Role
As an Event Marketing Assistant youll play a critical customerfacing role that supports the marketing teams success in achieving daily goals and objectives. You ll be involved in our top marketing campaigns and receive comprehensive training across all aspects of the company ensuring you re wellprepared for a successful career with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to team and independent tasks as needed
- Serve as a liaison between customers and clients
- Assist in reaching fundraising targets
- Attend all meetings and workshops for skill development
- Work to improve costefficiency and customer service standards
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Prepare accurate donation reports and track results
- Report weekly to the Managing Director on campaign progress
- Develop and maintain toptier customer service skills
Requirements
Passion for a career in marketing sales or customer service
No experience needed we re looking for coachable eager learners
Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills
Confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proactive enthusiastic and able to multitask effectively
