We are seeking a highly motivated Reconciliation Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail excellent analytical skills and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
As a Reconciliation Officer you will be responsible for assisting in the reconciliation of financial data identifying discrepancies and ensuring accuracy in our financial records. The candidate should be analytical collaborative and trustworthy. The candidate should understand reconciliation principles and reporting and have a solid experience with the use of excel. The candidate should also be ethical thorough and attentive with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in reconciling financial accounts and statements on a regular basis.
- Identify and investigate discrepancies in financial data and resolve them promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and uptodate financial records.
- Generate reports detailing reconciliation activities and findings.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to address any reconciliation issues.
- Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in reconciliation processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in accounting business or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in reconciliation or accounting is a plus.
