Job Description
As an Outbound Sales Representative you ll support customers across all the clients businesses and products including Traffic Monitoring Services. You ll be responsible for problemsolving through inbound channels sourcing new leads converting prospects into clients conducting outbound calls and supporting the sales team with action plans to achieve sales objectives. Ultimately your mission is to ensure every client interaction is smooth and focused on delivering toptier service.

Key Responsibilities: Drive Sales to New Heights!
- Support customers across all client businesses including Traffic Monitoring Services.
- Problem solve and assist customers via inbound channels to ensure a positive experience.
- Source and convert leads into new business while identifying prospective new clients.
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and daily canvassing activities to build a sales pipeline.
- Prepare and implement action plans for targeted sites to meet sales and revenue goals.
- Regularly follow up with customers to convert leads through various stages of the sales lifecycle.
- Handle disputes and complaints in a supportive manner for both the customer and the business.
- Prepare sales reports and action plans for targeted sites and other required reports.
- Respond to customer service inquiries and assist with the processing of sales applications.
- Maintain effective relationships with colleagues and comply with workplace health and safety policies.
- Undertake other assigned duties to ensure smooth car park operations.
Requirements
Qualifications Needed: The Perfect Fit for a Parking Pro!
- At least 13 years of outbound sales experience
- End to end sales experience
- Willing to work onsite at Ortigas
- Cold calling experience is essential
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail with strong problemsolving abilities
- Initiative discretion and judgment in task execution
- Strong organizational and planning capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate level or above)
- Ability to handle multiple projects or tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
