Position Overview
As a traveling project manager you ll manage largescale data center construction projects across multiple sites ensuring that these highbudget projects are completed on time within scope and to the highest standards. With data center budgets between $300 million and $1 billion this role requires a strategic thinker and decisive leader capable of navigating complex logistics leading diverse teams and maintaining stringent quality and safety standards. Veterans with a background in logistics operations or project management will excel in this role.
You will be part of the team planning and executing highbudget data center construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout. This role emphasizes the importance of maintaining rigorous budget control requiring that all project expenses align with the financial scope while achieving costeffectiveness without sacrificing quality.
Youll also provide strong team leadership fostering a collaborative environment that reflects W.G. Yates & Sons commitment to integrity safety and excellence. Risk assessment and proactive problemsolving will be key as you ll anticipate and mitigate potential challenges to keep the project on schedule and within budget. Throughout strict adherence to quality and safety standards is essential to ensure both compliance and an incidentfree work environment delivering a final product that exceeds industry benchmarks.

Compensation: The pay band is vast for this role. It starts at $100K but gets closer to $200K with data center experience. Plus completion bonuses travel per diem and other perks.

Requirements
Must have commercial construction project management experience.
Data Center experience is ideal but other colocation building experience is worth discussing.
