Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP/S4 HANA Consultant with 710 years of experience in SAP ABAP and S4 HANA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in endtoend SAP implementation projects with proficiency in RICEF development and handson expertise in technical architecture and troubleshooting. This role involves working on S4 HANA custom development projects and providing technical support throughout the implementation lifecycle including postGolive support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute custom RICEF (Reports Interfaces Conversions Enhancements Forms) development tasks for SAP S4 HANA projects from design to deployment and hypercare phases.
- Participate in at least 12 endtoend implementation projects supporting the full project lifecycle.
- Develop CDS (Core Data Services) views and work with OData and Fiori frontend development to enhance SAP user experience.
- Use ABAP programming skills to develop and support Reports (ALV and Fioribased) Interfaces Forms (SmartForms/Adobe Forms) and custom enhancements.
- Perform handson work with the ABAP Workbench OOABAP (ObjectOriented ABAP) and troubleshoot critical issues effectively.
- Manage inbound and outbound IDOC interfaces implement SAP Notes and resolve incidents in SAP.
- Utilize advanced debugging skills to identify and resolve issues in both development and production environments.
- Work with Functional Modules/BAPIs to support various SAP functionalities and enhancements.
- Analyze and resolve critical defects during the SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) phases.
- Provide handson support postGolive addressing technical issues and ensuring smooth transitions for support teams.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to deliver seamless project execution.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 710 years in SAP ABAP and S4 HANA with a focus on custom RICEF development and S4 HANA projects.
- EndtoEnd Project Experience: Successfully participated in at least 12 endtoend SAP S4 HANA implementation projects covering the full lifecycle from design to hypercare.
- SAP ABAP Expertise: Indepth knowledge of SAP ABAP including ALV Reports Forms (SmartForms Adobe Forms) Interfaces Conversions and Enhancements.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with the ABAP Workbench ObjectOriented ABAP debugging and SAP Note implementation.
- Additional Skills: Knowledge of CDS view development OData and Fiori frontend development is an advantage.
- Functional Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP Treasury or Finance functions is a plus.
- SAP Certification: SAP certification is preferred.
Additional Requirements:
- Incident Management: Experience in SAP Incident Management BADI IDOCs and enhancements.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve critical defects effectively in SIT and UAT phases.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to work closely with clients support teams and project stakeholders.
