Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage and organize cleaning schedules ensuring all shifts are staffed and coordinated effectively.
- Customer Interaction: Handle customer bookings confirmations and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales & Lead Generation: Provide quotes for new cleaning jobs identify sales opportunities and generate new leads to expand the business.
- Customer Care: Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Reporting & Analysis: Ensure accuracy in invoicing and payments.
- Team Support: Ensure schedules are sent out by 12pm AEDT every Saturday and assist in payroll processing including paying cleaners and verifying invoices.
- Collaborative Support: Work closely with the Field Manager to assist with daily operational tasks as needed.

Required Experience:

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements Graduate of any bachelor s degree preferably in a Communication, Marketing or Administration field. At least 3+ years of relevant experience and well versed in communicating with C-Level Executives inside the organization. Experience in handling cross-functional projects is preferable. Have experience overseeing business from a high level, acting as a liaison to the Executive with involvement/insight on the activities within each department. Naturally organized with hands-on experience with project management tools. Excellent at creating reports that are straightforward and easy to understand. Excellent interpersonal skills; able to get along with a team and work with diverse groups. Active and clear communicator to make sure project stakeholders are always in the loop. Effective communicator to make sure people know what you mean and avoid loss of time through miscommunications. Advanced skill set in time management and task prioritization. Enthusiastic and proactive approach with strong attention to detail. Ability to complete a high volume of tasks independently with little or no supervision.
