- Excellent research and development (R&D) abilities
- Strong analytical and laboratory abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven capacity for data analysis and research Research experience in the food business is highly valued.
- Have prior experience overseeing research projects and managing crossfunctional teams is a plus
