We are urgently seeking a Anesthetics Staff Nurse for a private hospital in Ireland.
39Hours Per week
Key Responsibilities
- Remain mindful of the patients priority in respect to all clinic activities always.
- Establish and encourage positive workplace connections.
- Act in a manner that aligns with the clinics beliefs.
- The selected individual will be responsible for the nursing care given to patients both before and after surgery. This involves ensuring that patients always receive the highest calibre of nursing care.
- Evaluation of the needs for patient care.
- As needed speak with patients family members and guests.
- Establishing and observing norms.
- Implement and uphold protocols in the theatre while actively engaging in the Clinics accreditation program and the philosophy of continuous quality improvement.
- As needed keep the theatre manager and the CNMs informed of any problems.
Requirements
- Be a Registered Nurse and eligible to register with NMBI on the General Division of the live register.
- Possess at least five years of experience after registering.
- Possess prior scrub circulation and anaesthetic nursing expertise.
- Show that you have expertise leading a group of nurses preferably in an orthopaedic setting.
- Know how to use a computer.
- Possess demonstrated writing and vocal communication skills as well as outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Possess the capacity to operate independently set priorities oversee multiple tasks at once and exhibit meticulousness.
- Possess the ability to recognise possible problems and come up with remedies.
