Esteemed hospital facility just outside of Lafayette LA is seeking a fulltime permanent Director of Quality and Risk Management to join their team! Competitive compensation and relocation assistance is negotiable.
Salary: $85000.00 $110000.00/year
The Director of Quality and Risk Management Opportunity:
- Fulltime permanent directhire position
- Relocation assistance is negotiable

- Performance driven/determined quarterly bonuses accompany this Director of Quality and Risk Management position
- Streamlined interview process with a flexible/immediate start date available
- The Director of Quality and Risk Management is responsible for ensuring the facility is in compliance with all regulatory agencies/entities and in line with facility policies and procedures
- The Director of Quality and Risk Management role will be comprised of 75% quality review duties and 25% risk management responsibilities with 23 direct reports
- A clinical (RN) candidate is desired for this role but this opportunity is open to those with equivalent hospital quality and risk management experience
Director of Quality and Risk Management Qualifications:
- Must have a bachelor s degree in healthcare BSN required if a RN and/or in a similar field
- Previous experience in quality and/or risk management within a hospital setting is required
