Are you a seasoned nursing leader seeking a rewarding career opportunity
Our client a nationally known healthcare organization with a diversified delivery network with facilities from coasttocoast is looking for a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to join their team in Vancouver Washington.
As the Director of Nursing you will oversee the nursing department ensuring the delivery of highquality patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing a team of nursing professionals
- Developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare providers
- Promoting a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Current unencumbered license to practice by the State Board of Nursing.
- Prior Behavioral Health/Psychiatric Health experience.
