Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager with a strong fintech background to lead the development of innovative usercentered financial products. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creating meaningful solutions for users and finds energy in navigating complex challenges. Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a product strategy that aligns with our fintech objectives focusing on growth customer satisfaction and industry relevance
- Lead the full product lifecycle from initial concept and roadmap planning through development launch and postlaunch optimization
- Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering sales marketing and other teams to ensure successful product delivery and alignment with business goals
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed of trends identify customer needs and uncover opportunities for product innovation
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on data customer insights and business impact
- Establish clear KPIs and product metrics using data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement
- Champion a usercentered approach ensuring that products meet high standards of usability functionality and performance
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in product management ideally within the fintech sector
- Proven success in leading fintech product launches and managing product lifecycles
- Strong understanding of financial services digital payments or related financial technologies
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with a track record of using data to inform decisions and refine strategies
- Proven ability to work crossfunctionally and lead collaborative projects across multiple teams
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to convey product vision and requirements to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Familiarity with agile development processes and experience with product management tools
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent in Business Computer Science or a related field
