We are Hiring a Community Home care Nurse in County Meath
Fulltime/parttime permanent contract.
We are Hiring a Community Home care Nurse in County Meath
Fulltime/parttime permanent contract.
10 hour shift (10am 8pm) in a Home Care Setting
Monday to Sunday (70 hrs per week available)
Responsibilities
- To ensure recognition of the person as an individual
- The prioritise the needs and comforts of the client and family
- Demonstrate kindness compassion and patience
- General nursing care with ADLs
- Administrating medications
- Administrating medications
- Nursed on a Trilogy Ventilator via a Tracheostomy
- Requires PRN suctioning
- Peg Feed
- Provide excellent evidenced based nursing care and implement all aspects of the clients care plans based on the needs identified and reviewed accordingly
- Maintain a high standard of infection control
- To safeguard the interest of the client always.
Requirements
- RGN on live register of NMBI
- Minimum one to two years experience working as an ICU Registered Nurse is desired
- BLS is essential. Any additional training needs identified as being required will be provided
