Job Description

Urgent opening for Zonal Manager Delhi for one of our building material client

Role Summary

Responsible for driving growth and achieving sales targets within their assigned zone. This role requires expertise in both channel sales and project sales within the building materials industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market dynamics customer needs and competition in their region. They will develop and execute sales strategies lead a team and establish strong relationships with channel partners distributors and project clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Strategy & Execution

    • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets in both channel sales (retailers dealers distributors) and project sales (institutional clients contractors architects).
    • Identify new market opportunities establish new channels and expand market presence within the zone.
    • Lead and drive the achievement of monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.
  2. Channel Sales Management

    • Strengthen the distribution network by onboarding training and supporting dealers and distributors to enhance product reach.
    • Monitor and manage channel sales metrics including distributor performance revenue growth and market share.
    • Collaborate with distributors and retailers to maximize stock availability display and promotion.
  3. Project Sales Management

    • Develop and nurture relationships with project clients architects contractors and key influencers within the building materials sector.
    • Engage in prospecting and negotiating for largescale projects presenting the value of company products and ensuring client satisfaction.
    • Work closely with project clients throughout the sales cycle to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  4. Team Leadership & Development

    • Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives providing guidance coaching and performance feedback.
    • Foster a collaborative environment to drive team motivation and productivity.
    • Implement training programs to enhance team skills in both channel and project sales.
  5. Market Intelligence & Reporting

    • Analyze and monitor competitor activities market trends and customer feedback to develop actionable insights.
    • Generate and maintain regular sales reports forecasts and budgets for the assigned zone.
    • Provide strategic input to the Regional Sales Head on growth strategies customer needs and market challenges.
  6. Customer Relationship Management

    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and providing timely solutions.
    • Conduct regular meetings with channel partners and project clients to build longlasting relationships.
    • Implement customer loyalty programs and initiatives to drive repeat business.

Key Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 1215 years of experience in sales within the building materials industry.
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in both channel sales and project sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.



Benefits

CTC : Upto 17 LPA (VA 10% Included)
