Job Description
- You take on personnel responsibility for the technical team including scheduling shifts conducting performance reviews holding training sessions onboarding new employees recruiting and supporting team development.
- You ensure compliance with working hour regulations for staff and apprentices as well as other legal requirements in the technical field.
- You coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of all technical equipment checking for example during your rounds that every light bulb is working.
- You work closely with the occupational safety specialist to ensure a safe workplace for our team.
- As the Technical Director you take on the responsibility of creating duty rosters and act as the goto person for all technical questions.
