Job Description
- Ensure consistent great food production in line with the highquality standards
- Ensure all food preparation and plating is executed efficiently and meets presentation guidelines.
- Perform tasks in a timely manner
- Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contaminating
- Assist other departments whenever necessary and maintain good working relationships
- Report maintenance hygiene and hazard issues
- Comply with hotel security fire regulations and all health and safety and food safety legislation
- Awareness departmental targets and strive to achieve them as part of the team
- Meet all health and hygiene requirements
- Be environmentally aware
- Be flexible and rotate to work across breakfast lunch and dinner to achieve the expected service standards
Qualifications :
- Experienced kitchen staff preferably with knowledge of South East Asian Cuisine
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
- Motivation energy and drive
- A passion to learn and grow within the business
- A culinary artist with a passion for traditional and modern Asian cuisine
- Detailfocussed with the ability to deliver consistently highquality food under pressure
- Energetic and proactive with an enthusiasm to develop your culinary expertise
- A team player who easily builds rapport with colleagues and guests alike
- Trade qualification and experience in a similar role.
