Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze data to identify and document service/system requirements for aviation projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and define business requirements and processes ensuring they align with project goals and objectives
- Manage the requirements traceability matrix to ensure all requirements are traceable testable and verifiable
- Develop and implement datadriven solutions to support decisionmaking improve business performance and achieve strategic goals
- Work with crossfunctional teams to develop project plans and prioritize tasks ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Continuously monitor and evaluate industry trends and emerging technologies recommending new tools and methodologies to improve requirements management processes
Requirements:
- Completed studies in Business Administration Computer Science or a related field
- Over 3 years of experience as a business analyst with a focus on the aviation industry and requirements management
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills particularly in managing service and system requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English capable of conveying complex information to both technical and nontechnical audiences
- Proven experience with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall) and tools (e.g. JIRA Trello)
- Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g. IBM DOORS JIRA) and databases (e.g. SQL NoSQL)
