Job Description
Note: We are only looking for people residing in Germany and do not require visa sponsorship.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Work with a modern frontend stack (Flutter BLoC/Provider REST APIs Hive) to deliver useful exciting features to users weekly.
- Tackle a mix of known features prototypes for idea validation and exploratory projects.
- As part of a small team youll need to understand user needs and make informed decisions that best serve those needs.
- Balance shortterm feature delivery with the creation of scalable and maintainable systems.
- Own your features in production ensuring they are scalable resilient and easy to manage.
- Be a key advocate for maintaining high standards in user experience balancing rapid feature development with quality.
- Engage in discussions around UX system design and architecture.
Requirements:
- You thrive in a fastpaced startup environment and have relevant experience.
- Willing to make design decisions based on business needs and scalability.
- Use object data storage over relational databases.
- Experience in state management in Flutter and how do popular solutions like Provider Bloc and Riverpod compare.
- Familiarity with Flutters build modes (debug profile release)
