Business Partner - Full Stack Software Engineer

Role & Responsibilities:

• Product Development: Lead the fullstack software engineering efforts designing developing testing and deploying scalable and secure applications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other business partners and team members to develop product features and define the technology roadmap.
• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance on architecture decisions coding best practices and ensure high code quality across the team.
• Business Strategy: Contribute to business decisionmaking including but not limited to product direction marketing and operational strategies.
• Ownership: Take on a key role in driving the companys success through both technical execution and business growth.
• Mentorship: Guide and support junior developers and engineers fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay uptodate with industry trends technologies and best practices and suggest improvements to enhance our product and services.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer with a strong portfolio of projects in web and/or mobile development.
• Technical Skills:
  • Frontend technologies: HTML CSS JavaScript (React Vue.js Angular or similar frameworks).
  • Backend technologies: Node.js Python Ruby or similar.
  • Database systems: SQL NoSQL (PostgreSQL MongoDB etc.).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure Google Cloud etc.) and version control (Git).
  • Knowledge of APIs RESTful services and microservices architecture.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: A selfmotivated resultsdriven individual with an interest in contributing to the growth and success of a startup.
• Problem Solver: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to find innovative solutions to complex challenges.
