Job Description

Our client is a wellestablished law firm specializing in labor and employment law hiring in Irvine San Diego and San Francisco. They are dedicated to providing toptier legal representation and fostering a collaborative work environment that encourages professional growth.

Note: This is a hybrid position requiring attorneys to be onsite 23 days a week at either the Irvine San Diego or San Francisco office.

Job Description

  • Handle California wagehour class action claims and PAGA cases.

  • Manage cases from start to finish including drafting and responding to discovery initial pleadings and motions.

  • Take and defend depositions.

  • Collaborate with a team and work independently on fastpaced projects.

  • Opportunity to grow under the mentorship of experienced partners.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of employment litigation experience

  • Strong experience in wage and hour litigation including class/collective actions.

  • Admitted to practice in California.

  • Excellent academic credentials strong writing and analytical skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.

  • Selfstarter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
