Job Description
Our client is a wellestablished law firm specializing in labor and employment law hiring in Irvine San Diego and San Francisco. They are dedicated to providing toptier legal representation and fostering a collaborative work environment that encourages professional growth.
Note: This is a hybrid position requiring attorneys to be onsite 23 days a week at either the Irvine San Diego or San Francisco office.
Job Description
Handle California wagehour class action claims and PAGA cases.
Manage cases from start to finish including drafting and responding to discovery initial pleadings and motions.
Take and defend depositions.
Collaborate with a team and work independently on fastpaced projects.
Opportunity to grow under the mentorship of experienced partners.
Qualifications
3 years of employment litigation experience
Strong experience in wage and hour litigation including class/collective actions.
Admitted to practice in California.
Excellent academic credentials strong writing and analytical skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
Selfstarter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
