Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range: Up to 2250 USD
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator with strong organizational abilities to manage job fulfillment focusing on efficiency communication and customer satisfaction. This role requires experience in coordination and a proactive approach to problemsolving within an operational support environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule repair teams ensuring efficient dispatch.
- Serve as the main contact for customers maintaining high service standards.
- Collaborate with field teams to ensure readiness and resource availability.
- Monitor job costing material usage and manage invoicing.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in a customerfacing coordination role ideally in roofing or construction.
- Proficient in English; Spanishspeaking preferred.
- Familiarity with Zoho WhatsApp Slack and billing software like Square.
- Strong organizational communication and problemsolving skills.
