Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via phone email and chat with product inquiries and order management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Handle complaints professionally and aim for high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and work with crossfunctional teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Native Romanian speaker with strong English skills (C1).
- Experience is helpful but not required.
- Available to relocate to Sofia and start as soon as possible.
- EU citizenship or valid residence card.
