Daily Tasks:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
- Provide product information assist with orders and resolve technical issues.
- Address complaints ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams and update customer records.
Requirements:
- Native Romanian speaker with C1 English.
- Experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Willing to relocate to Sofia and can start ASAP.
- EU citizenship or valid residence card.
