Job Description

Position Overview

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and fluent in French Join our growing team at Combined Services App in Braga and become a part of an innovative project where your role directly impacts our customers experience! In this Customer Service Specialist position you will assist users with inquiries and issues maintaining the highest level of empathy and professionalism. Work alongside a dedicated multilingual team and be part of a vibrant supportive environment.

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday: 07:00 19:00 (Rotational shifts)
  • Saturday: 08:00 15:00
  • Days Off: 2 days per week (Sunday 1 rotational day)

Work Model

Hybrid: 2 days inoffice per week for enhanced collaboration and team synergy.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Monthly Salary: 830 EUR gross (paid over 14 months) 11620 EUR annually
  • Meal Allowance: 7.23 EUR net per day 1908.72 EUR annually
  • Role Complement: 20 EUR /month 240 EUR annually
  • Transport Allowance: 20 EUR /month 240 EUR annually
  • Performance Bonus: 140/month 1680 EUR annually
  • Annual Gross Income Potential: 14008.72 EUR plus Performance Bonus of 1680 EUR
  • Health Insurance: Provided from Day 1 (at no cost after 6 months)

Responsibilities

  • Engage with Frenchspeaking customers via phone email and chat to resolve inquiries
  • Deliver empathetic effective solutions for customer issues and maintain high satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the team to meet customer service goals and ensure smooth operations
  • Document client interactions and update systems accurately

Qualifications

  • Language Skills: Native French speaker with impeccable communication
  • Experience: Prior experience in call centers or customer service preferred
  • Skills: Proficiency in communication tools strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
  • Technical: Familiarity with customer support software
