We are seeking a detailoriented and enthusiastic Events Assistant to join our team and help bring our events to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning coordination and execution of various events including corporate meetings conferences and social gatherings.
- Support the Events Manager in developing event concepts timelines and budgets.
- Research and liaise with vendors suppliers and venues to ensure all event requirements are met.
- Coordinate logistics such as transportation catering audio/visual equipment and onsite setup.
- Help create and maintain event marketing materials including invitations programs and social media content.
- Attend events to provide onsite support and ensure a seamless experience for attendees.
- Collect feedback postevents and assist in analysing results to inform future planning.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
- A positive attitude and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
