Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with team and other key internal stakeholders to source diligence and close partnerships with ecosystems protocols and other organizations that are accretive to strategies.
- Manage highvalue relationships with key external partners.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven ability to source diligence and close highvalue partnerships.
- Cryptonative level industry knowledge as well as expertlevel knowledge of DeFi protocols crypto ecosystems and emerging trends in the space.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage highvalue relationships with key external stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a capacity for independent and flexible thinking
- Ability to work autonomously and to be responsible for achieving the desired results while also contributing to the success of projects shared by the wider team.
- Integrity humility intellectual curiosity honesty and forthright communication. We are a team of open minded intellectuals that utilize a approach to arrive at what is true.
- Fluency in English.
Desirable
- 2 years of experience in an ecosystem partnerships role for a DeFi or L1/L2 project
- Established network of highpotential partners which could be accretive to strategies.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Datascience coding cryptography or a technical background is considered an asset.
- Ability to contribute to fundraising efforts across the current family of funds and other future investment opportunities which brings to market.
