- Lead and advance the portfolio of in vivo MSK studies across the Therapeutic Area

- Manage and develop a highperforming team of in vivo scientists

- Guide critical FDA filings and regulatory documentation
- Establish and optimize in vivo methods and techniques
- Direct external CRO partnerships and collaborations
What You Bring to Succeed:
- Strong foundation in skeletal biology with proven research expertise
- Track record of successful in vivo research leadership
- Experience managing and developing scientific talent
- Expertise in rodent model development and colony management
- Proficiency with advanced in vivo methods and imaging techniques
- Strategic mindset balanced with handson technical capabilities
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- PhD in relevant field with 7 years postPhD experience
