Your Impact & Contributions:
- Lead the transformation of our clients data strategy by designing and implementing enterprisewide MDM and governance frameworks
- Drive business value by establishing data quality standards that enable strategic decisionmaking across the organization
- Build and mentor highperforming teams while fostering a culture of data excellence and innovation
- Partner with executive stakeholders to align data governance initiatives with organizational objectives
- Architect solutions that ensure compliance while maximizing data utility across pharmaceutical and healthcare domains
What You Bring to Succeed:
- Track record of implementing successful MDM/Data Governance programs in pharmaceutical or life sciences environments
- Experience translating complex business requirements into practical technology solutions
- Expertise in managing healthcare data including HCP HCO EMR and claims data
- Strong technical foundation with handson experience in AWS Python SQL and big data technologies
- Background in developing and executing data quality frameworks and automation strategies
- Ability to build relationships across technical and business teams
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field; Masters in Pharmacy or relevant domain preferred
