Your Impact & Contributions:
- Lead the development and implementation of enterprisewide patient data principles standards and guidelines that drive operational efficiency and compliance
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for HCP/HCO consents & preferences data operations establishing best practices that enhance data quality and governance
- Drive the optimization of patient data assets/products directly contributing to improved healthcare provider engagement and patient outcomes
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement and maintain robust data governance frameworks that ensure data privacy and security
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders to enhance data utilization and drive business value
What You Bring to Succeed:
- Track record of success in pharmaceutical/life sciences data management particularly in patient or HCP/HCO data domains
- Demonstrated expertise with OneTrust Consent and Preference Management (CPM) system implementation and maintenance
- Strong background in data governance including policy implementation quality management and audit processes
- Experience leading global teams and managing complex data governance initiatives
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field (Masters degree candidates may be considered with fewer years of experience)
- Excellence in technical documentation and SOP development
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Active OneTrust certifications (highly valued)
