Job Description
Position Summary:
Responsible for ensuring all technical documents are filed organized and accurate. Assists in the implementation of information security protocols.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creates and maintains policiesguidelines process documentation and other technical documents.
- Coordinates with departments to review update and implement policies and procedures.
- Organizes and manages documentation repositories ensuring easy access and version control.
- Supports the Sr. Compliance Officer with evaluations validations investigations and implementations.
- Assists with internal and external audits.
- Manages administrative tasks including scheduling meetings and handling budget requests.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Industrial Engineering Business Administration or any related field.
- Outstanding organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Good technical writing and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS office applications or equivalent.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules.
