Job Description
Job Responsibility:
- Manage the business strategies with the CEO and implement with the team to achieve business goals;
- Formulate efficiently operation strategies(including business expansion globally team management and growth operation system building etc.)according to the strategies.
- Collect and analyze the data of market and provide to the team and stakeholders for business support;
- Monitor and track progress against strategic objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) providing regular updates and reports to the CEO and executive leadership team.
- Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to achieve the business goal including board members senior executives employees customers and partners.
- Other tasks from the CEO.
Job Requirement:
- More than 10years of team management and with the international vision and with the same position(VP for global or COO);
- Strong data analysist operations ability negotiation skill and learning ability;
- Direct Hotel Contracting experience is a must.
- Professional experience within hotel travel or hospitality industry (especially OTA or B2B channels) is preferred.
- Strong analytical ability and problemsolving skills. Able to identify opportunities and make decisions based on facts and data;
- Excellent command of English language both written and spoken;
- Mandarin written and spoken skill will be advantage.
- Must to be based or willing to relocate to China.
