Manage the business strategies with the CEO and implement with the team to achieve business goals;
Formulate efficiently operation strategies(including business expansion globally team management and growth operation system building etc.)according to the strategies.
Collect and analyze the data of market and provide to the team and stakeholders for business support;
Monitor and track progress against strategic objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) providing regular updates and reports to the CEO and executive leadership team.
Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to achieve the business goal including board members senior executives employees customers and partners.

Job Requirement:
More than 10years of team management and with the international vision and with the same position(VP for global or COO);
Strong data analysist operations ability negotiation skill and learning ability;
Direct Hotel Contracting experience is a must.
Professional experience within hotel travel or hospitality industry (especially OTA or B2B channels) is preferred.
Strong analytical ability and problemsolving skills. Able to identify opportunities and make decisions based on facts and data;
Excellent command of English language both written and spoken;
Mandarin written and spoken skill will be advantage.
