GermanSpeaking Customer Support Specialist
Cross Border Talents (CBT) is currently recruiting Germanspeaking professionals for an onsite customer support role with one of our key partner BPO companies. In this position you will provide exceptional support for a POS System Solutions project assisting clients with essential system operations to enhance business efficiency.
Role Overview
- Location: Onsite in Porto Portugal
- Start Date: 25 November 2024
- Schedule: Monday to Sunday 8:00 to 19:00 (rotating shifts with occasional extensions to 21:00 as per client requirements)
- Days Off: Rotating 2 days each week
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist you will be responsible for delivering highquality service addressing client inquiries resolving issues and guiding users through the operation of advanced POS systems.
Requirements
- Languages: Proficient German (C1) and English (B2)
- Documentation: Must hold EU ID Residence Card Manifestao de Interesse or valid Visa (subject to consultation)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: 1271 EUR (paid 14 times per year)
- Performance Bonus: Up to 120 EUR per month based on performance
- Meal Allowance: 7.63 EUR net per working day
Relocation Package
- Outside Portugal: Reimbursement of economy airfare (up to 400 EUR) after 180 days of employment and 28 days of hotel accommodation upon arrival
- Within Portugal: Reimbursement of travel costs (up to 150 EUR) after 180 days of employment and 15 days of hotel accommodation upon arrival
