We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager who will be directly responsible for managing the on resort Private Residence Club (PRC) timeshare sales team that aids in positioning to the resort as the premier luxury vacation ownership property in the Saint Lucia and the region.
The candidate will ensure the successful development and implementation of competitive sales strategies towards the achievement of financial goals while ensuring successful client relationships are fostered and maintained.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the timeshare sales team providing guidance and support in collaboration with the PRC Sales Director.
- Assist in establishing sales targets and objectives ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Support the development and implementation of effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Train new and existing sales representatives and provide ongoing coaching.
- Foster a positive and motivated team culture to enhance performance.
- Track and analyze sales metrics to evaluate team and individual performance.
- Implement corrective measures and strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction. - Skillfully negotiate terms prices and conditions and perform closing of deals.
- Follow up with clients throughout the process and postsale to ensure seamless service delivery that evokes luxury.
- Stay informed about the timeshare industry product updates and market trends.
- Effectively communicate the unique selling points of the timeshare properties.
- Assist with new business development research and presentations.
- Coordinate and conduct business transactions.
Provide excellent service communications and general follow up with guests and team members.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of five (5) years management level experience in real estate or timeshare sales preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
- Tertiary level education preferably in Sales & Marketing or associated discipline.
- Prior luxury independent hotel experience preferred.
- High level computer literacy; proficiency in SPI is preferred.
- Exceptional criticalthinking problemsolving and negotiation skills.
- Excellent guest relations and sales presentation skills.
- Adaptable and able to work well under the pressure of meeting production schedules and timelines.
- Ability to work shifts weekends and public holidays.
- Exceptional leadership interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop a highperforming team and champion a positive collaborative and valuesbased culture.
