Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement individualized treatment and behavioral support plans.
- Develop new programs and adjust existing ones based on ongoing assessment.
- Collaborate with a treatment team including directors parents and other support networks.
- Provide training supervision and support to clinicians and therapists.
- Maintain open communication with funding sources regarding client progress.
- Balance a caseload of billable hours alongside supervisory duties.
What Were Looking For:
- Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification OR a Masters degree with completed ABA coursework.
- Required: Knowledge of ABA and Discrete Trial Training (DTT).
- Valid drivers license and reliable insured transportation.
- Excellent leadership interpersonal problemsolving and time management skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; fluency in a foreign language is a plus.
- Ability to engage in higherlevel management functions as needed.
- Strong communication skills to routinely engage with team members regarding schedules and client needs.
