About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customeroriented Italian Reservation Agents to join our team in Malta. As part of a leading multinational company youll play a key role in assisting our Italianspeaking clients with their booking and reservation needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle reservation inquiries via phone email and chat providing accurate and helpful information to Italianspeaking clients.
- Assist customers with booking modifications cancellations and special requests to ensure a seamless experience.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of company services promotions and policies.
- Work closely with other team members to resolve any bookingrelated issues efficiently.
- Uphold high standards of customer service and contribute to customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements:
- Nativelevel fluency in Italian and a strong command of English.
- Previous experience in customer service hospitality or reservations is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Malta (only local candidates will be considered).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple requests efficiently.
