Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable Substitute Teachers to join our team providing essential classroom support and continuity in the absence of regular teaching staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons based on prepared lesson plans.
- Foster a respectful and productive classroom atmosphere.
- Maintain class order and create a supportive learning environment.
- Support students in their assignments answering questions and offering guidance.
- Track and document student attendance and overall progress.
- Collaborate with school staff to promote positive student outcomes.
- Adapt instructional approaches to meet the diverse needs of students.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Education or a related discipline.
- Valid teaching certification or equivalent teaching credentials.
- At least 3 years of classroom teaching experience.
- Strong skills in classroom management and student engagement.
- Flexibility to adapt to various educational settings and grade levels.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
