Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop sewerage stormwater and TSE networks in compliance with industry standards regulations and client requirements.
- Perform hydraulic and hydrological analysis using SewerGEMS and WaterGEMS software to optimize the design and performance of wet utility systems.
- Prepare detailed design documentation including calculations specifications drawings and reports.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including civil engineers planners and environmental specialists to integrate wet utility systems with overall project designs.
- Conduct design reviews feasibility studies and assessments to ensure the costeffective and efficient delivery of wet utility projects.
- Participate in the preparation of tender documents including scope of work technical specifications and cost estimates.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other project team members.
- Attend client meetings and liaise with stakeholders to resolve designrelated issues and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends software enhancements and relevant regulations.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Environmental Engineering or a related discipline.
- 35 years of experience in the design and analysis of wet utilities (sewerage stormwater TSE networks).
- Proficiency in hydraulic modelling using SewerGEMS and WaterGEMS software.
- Strong knowledge of relevant standards codes and regulations related to sewerage and water networks.
- Experience in preparing detailed design documents including calculations drawings and reports.
- Familiarity with Civil 3D or similar design software for drafting and creating design layouts.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality engineering solutions
