Job Description
Location: Athens Greece
Language Requirements: Native German B2 English
Join our team in Athens for an exciting career with one of the worlds leading oil and gas companies. This role is perfect for a customerfocused professional with strong communication skills who is ready to engage in a dynamic and multinational environment.
Position Details:
- Project: Global oil and gas supermajor
- Schedule: MondayFriday 10 am 6 pm
- Contract Type: Fixedterm employment
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: 1250 EUR per 14month cycle
- Performance Bonus: 10% monthly performance bonus
- Meal Allowance: Meal voucher card at 3 EUR /day for the first year increasing to 6 EUR after 12 months

Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Advisor you will:
- Engage and support customers through calls chat and emails ensuring accurate prompt and friendly service
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions that enhance satisfaction and build trust
- Maintain records of customer interactions processing accounts and filing documents efficiently
- Meet service targets by adhering to procedures and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction

- Adaptability to respond effectively to various customer inquiries and scenarios
