Job Description

Were looking for a driven and enthusiastic SE Team Lead to contribute to the growth and success of the Sales Team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a playercoach capacity leading a small team of Sales Executives while actively participating in closing contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead negotiations with potential clients from discovery through to contract (as a Team Lead youll also carry a personal quota).
  • Present the companys innovative solution to a range of stakeholders (CLevels HR Directors Office Managers Travel Managers etc.).
  • Conduct live demos of the platform to qualified prospects.
  • Run outbound campaigns via phone email and other touchpoints to build a strong pipeline.
  • Support the growth of team members by providing individual coaching and training during sales calls.
  • Forecast sales revenue providing full visibility of your own and your teams deal pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with the SDR team to enhance pipeline quality through a positive feedback loop.
  • Propose strategies actions and campaigns proactively to improve the sales process and drive growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in French and English both written and spoken at a nearnative level.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a topperforming Account Executive in a techdriven company.
  • A no excuses attitude: you believe in taking full responsibility for your success.

  • Proactivity: you actively seek valuecreating solutions and arent afraid to make mistakes.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in Fintech SaaS Travel or Scaleup environments.
