Job Description

ABOUT THE CLIENTE:
Our client is an Investment Migration company specializing in the global arena of investment migration. They bring together key stakeholders in this field and set global standards offer qualifications and publish highdemand research focused on investment migration for governments policymakers international organizations and the public.

JOB DESCRIIPTION:
Our client is seeking an Events Coordinator to manage all events and related administrative tasks. Responsibilities include logistical management of the companys events worldwide creating a yearly event plan making travel arrangements managing monthly payment runs and overseeing content for newsletters and the website. The ideal candidate will also research investment migration events for potential speaking opportunities and support various administrative duties as needed.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Logistical management of the companys events worldwide.
  • Responsible for creating a yearly event plan with input from colleagues.
  • Make travel arrangements for event participation; booking flights accommodation; organizing of CEO diary.
  • Manage monthly payment run for authorization.
  • Manage content of bimonthly news roundup.
  • Solicit content for website from members such as press releases and upload.
  • Manage the content preparation and distribution of enewsletter and companys Press Releases.
  • Research events related to investment migration and citizenship by investment with a view to placing the companys speaker at events overseas.
  • Update CRM with event contacts and reporting on events.
  • Editor of electronic newsletter.
  • Prepare program for the companys forum invite speakers.
  • Ordering of office sundries.

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience as an Events Coordinator is mandatory for the success of the role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client and supplier relationships.
  • Knowledge of Investment Migration Wealth Management or Real Estate industry will be a plus.
  • Selfmotivated energetic and results oriented person.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • bachelors degree in a related field.

SALARY OFFERED:
20k to 30k/y Depending on the candidates experience.
