The Role

As a medium voltage solutions engineer at iwell you will leverage your expertise in electrical and civil engineering to manage the technical aspects of our BESS and EMS solutions. You will be responsible for overseeing the technical design of our projects. You like sharing your knowledge prefer a handson approach and are capable of managing EPCparties that will be subcontracted by iwell or the customer. Youre never afraid to explain technical details to customers but you dont need to do sales. Thats what you have sales colleagues for. Its all about electrical and civil engineering.

You will be part of the Business Development team. This team provides technical support to the country sales teams iwells expansion team and are using their customer experiences for feature requests to the product team of iwell.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to create (electro)technical projectspecific designs;

  • Expertise in commissioning and collaborating with selected partners;

  • Proficiency in designing the electrical infrastructure for energy (storage) systems;

  • Strong attention to time management cost control quality assurance and customer satisfaction;

  • Provides technical input for customer EPC and O&M contracts;

  • Use your expertise and customer experience for feature requests to iwells product team.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or Energy Engineering;

  • Experience in acting as a technical partner for components and assemblies in largescale storage systems;

  • Knowledge of technical standards and grid operator connection requirements;

  • Hands on experience and attitude;

  • Communication skills to explain technicalities to nontechnical stakeholders.
