Job Description
We are building NoiLabs to assist Creators in their journey from content creation to entrepreneurship. Mastering all aspects of business while creating content can present considerable obstacles. Finding competent team members who grasp your content creation methods can be challenging. This is where NoiLabs comes in to aid creators in recruiting top talent worldwide. Our team works remotely with our main office based in London UK collaborating with creators worldwide.
Tasks
Location: Remote ( Based in India )
Type: Consultant / Contract
Duration: 6080 hrs per month
Operations support
- Work with the founders to build rosters of potentail vetted supply video editors etc
- Build SOP documents / videos for onboarding and training
- Create SOP for vetting talent/ demand and onboarding them on the platform
- Set up meetings with the talents and verify their portfolios
Lead Generation
- Work on lead generation mechanisms to reach out to content creators with cold outreach twitter and other social media platforms .
Social Media
- Engage with our audience on social media platforms to build community Reddit Twitter discord .
Requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms (Instagram YouTube etc.) and their respective algorithms.
- Understadnig of basics of video editing content creation .
- Quick to adapt and implement new social media trends.
