Industry experts report that 20 percent of global mobile ad spend can be identified as fraud. adjoes AntiFraud team has both validated this number and prevented fraudulent users from entering partners ad spend.

The teams software includes two major components.
1) Unique mobile SDKs for both platforms that analyze device features to detect modifications and manipulations (rooting or jailbreaking country spoofing ).
2) A distributed backend system with modern cloud infrastructure that ensures cheating users cannot proceed.

With no onesizefitsall solution the AntiFraud team works with a large set of features. From detecting attempts based on data with static patterns using proprietary solutions to detect software manipulation marking network traffic abnormalities and identifying when to warn or even block requests.

What you will do:

• Strategy Development: Define and refine the product strategy and roadmap for AntiFraud services and efforts in collaboration with the Technical Lead.
• Product Development: Work closely with the crossfunctional development team to ensure features are implemented and that the product provides adequate level of fraud protection and aligns with company objectives.
• Launch and Rollout: Plan and manage the launch of new features and updates including coordinating efforts with the business and tech teams.
• Performance Monitoring: Define and monitor the products performance through metrics and KPIs to gauge success and identify areas for improvement.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between the Antifraud team and other tech teams Account Managers. Regularly communicate progress risks and opportunities to all stakeholders including senior management to ensure alignment and support.
• Address fraud reports from our partners and derive actions from them if necessary.
• Propose challenge and make decisions and solutions based on ideas data and research together with the team
• Build maintain and improve processes to ensure the AntiFraud team is one step ahead of fraudsters.

Who you are:

• You have 3 years of experience as a Product Lead / Manager / Owner and 2 years of experience working in the AntiFraud field preferably in AdTech Mobile Gaming or Financial industries.
• You have a proven track record of delivering datadriven decisions products and solutions.
• You have a proven track record of discovering and mitigating/stopping multiple fraud cases.
• You know how to navigate a highly technical domain and keep the right balance between proactive and reactive activity.
• You have experience in hiring people doing regular 11s creating career plans.
• You can speak both tech & business languages: discuss feature implementation with engineers and business needs with business development colleagues. You understand how API and databases work and can explain it.
• You have experience in basic data analysis and extracting valuable insights from data.
• You have experience in working with tasktracking tools (Jira GitLab etc).
• You have experience building processes and motivating a team in an Agile environment
• Plus: You have experience in using BI tools (QuickSight Tableau MS PowerBI).
• Plus: You know how to root a device or use an emulator.
• Plus: You have a technical or data background.
• Plus: You have AdTech experience.
