Main Duties:
Is responsible for the daytoday operations of IT of the hotel. He/she performs both technical and administrative tasks to ensure functionality and efficiency of the IT systems.
He/she acts as the direct link between the hotel employees and guests for any IT related issues and works closely with the IT Cluster Director.
Administration
- Responsible for general management of IT staff members.
- Ensuring all software database is stored and saved efficiently which provides scope for easy retrieval of information on time.
Customer Service
- Responsible for efficient Management & resolving IT related issues of external as well as internal customer.
Financial
- Give cost effective IT solutions.
- Negotiate with vendor for best services.
- Identify appropriate technologies cost vendors and effective use of IT resources.
Operational
- Daily checking of database back up
- Give support for all softwares like PMS POS Material Control SUN etc
- Protect all servers & desktops by updating & monitoring daily antivirus status.
- IT inventory inspection which is submitted by IT executive recommend the replacement of required IT product.
- Ensure that all softwares licensing is adhered to law
Personnel:
- Ensure each subordinate receives whatever training is necessary for job competence & assist or guide them to get the job completed effectively.
- Develop a team of multi skilled people over the period and have regular discussion.
- Ensure a harmonious environment and close coordination with all operating and support functions.
- Ensure that all team members are kept well informed of departments objective & policies.
Replacement and Temporary Mission:
Be ready and responsible for any job which may be assigned by the Management.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years in same or similar position.
- Relevant recognized of educational certificate.
- Comprehensive experience in IT Business HW SW & Network operation
- Fit in Physical & Health conditions.
- Has a Good communication skill positive Thinker Logical Diplomatic & Cooperative.
- Full professional proficiency in English a must
- Knowledge of Windows Operating System.
- Hospitality experiences a must.
- Accor experience is a plus.
- Project Management experience a plus.
